How to create a hosting package in WHM

A package defines the resources (disk, bandwidth, email accounts, and so on) a client account gets. Set one up before creating accounts.

Create a package

  1. Log in to WHM and search for Add a Package.
  2. Give the package a clear name (for example Starter or Business).
  3. Set the limits: disk quota, monthly bandwidth, email accounts, databases, and so on. Use unlimited where appropriate.
  4. Click Add.

Using the package

When you create a new account under Create a New Account, choose this package and the limits apply automatically. You can change packages anytime under Edit a Package. Need a hand with your reseller plan? Open a ticket.
