Getting started with reseller hosting and WHM

Reseller hosting lets you host multiple customers under your own brand. You manage everything through WHM (WebHost Manager).

Logging in to WHM

  1. Find your WHM login in your welcome email, or open it from your client area.
  2. Go to yourdomain.co.za/whm and sign in with your reseller username and password.

What you can do in WHM

  • Create and manage individual cPanel accounts for your clients.
  • Build hosting packages (disk space, bandwidth, email limits).
  • Brand the control panel and set up your own nameservers.
  • Suspend, unsuspend or terminate accounts.

Next step

Start by creating a hosting package, then create your first account (see our other reseller guides). Questions about your reseller plan? Open a ticket.
