How to upgrade or change your hosting plan

Moving to a bigger (or smaller) plan is quick and keeps all your data in place.

Request the change

  1. Log in to your client area.
  2. Go to Services → My Services and open your hosting package.
  3. Choose Upgrade/Downgrade from the Actions menu.
  4. Pick the new plan and confirm — you'll only pay the prorated difference.

What happens to my site?

On the same server, upgrades are usually instant with no downtime — files, email and databases stay put. If a server move is needed, we handle the migration for you.
